Refund policy
All sales are final. CLEARTCFTEF sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete.
By completing your purchase you request immediate access to your files and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download becomes available.
Before you buy
Every product page sets out exactly what the file contains, its page count, the exam it prepares for, and the level it targets. Please read it, and please make sure you are buying material for the right exam. TEF Canada and TCF Canada are different tests with different formats, and material for one will not prepare you for the other.
If anything is unclear before you order, contact us at gocanadafrenchprep@gmail.com and we will answer any question about a product's contents.
Problems with your download
If your download link does not work, if you reach your download limit, or if you receive the wrong file, contact us at gocanadafrenchprep@gmail.com and we will restore your access or send the correct file. There is no time limit on this and there is no charge.
If a file is corrupted or a page fails to display, tell us and we will replace it.
Duplicate orders
If you are charged twice for the same product in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
What this policy does not cover
We cannot offer a refund because you changed your mind, because you bought the wrong exam's material, because you already owned similar material, or because of the score you received on your exam.
Scores are not guaranteed. CLEARTCFTEF provides preparation material and coaching only. No result, score band, NCLC or CLB level, or immigration outcome is promised or implied, and no refund is available on the basis of an exam result.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live.
